With over a decade of experience, she has led domestic and multi-jurisdictional deals ranging from middle-market to large-scale across technology, energy, financial services, and other major sectors.

She has particular expertise in the energy and digital infrastructure sectors, advising on acquisitions, investments, and strategic partnerships involving data centers and power generation assets.
