Tort Defense

From the Oklahoma City bombing case, to construction products, to securities litigation, to labor and employment matters, our team has a long history of successful results in class actions, serial litigation, mass torts and other forms of collective actions. We understand the risks unique to complex tort litigation and help clients map out case strategies to account for those risks. We are also willing and able to think outside the box and take appropriate risks when it serves our clients’ strategic objectives.

Our attorneys bring experienced judgment and proven tactics to the defense of a broad range of clients facing complex tort litigation. We deal with sophisticated handling procedures and coverage issues, attacks on attorney-client and work product privileges, as well as extra-contractual and punitive damages claims. We also work systematically, effectively and creatively to manage transaction costs, recognizing that “success” for our clients is defined, in no small part, by the efficiency with which the case is managed.
