Biography

Nicholas has experience assisting clients in a diverse range of practice areas including professional liability, construction and commercial litigation. His ability to effectively find solutions for clients, across a wide array of practice areas allows him to play a critical role in any litigation matter. Nicholas serves a member of the District VIII Ethics Committee where he conducts investigations to ensure the integrity of the legal profession is upheld.

Prior to joining FBT Gibbons, he worked in a prominent New Jersey based law firm where he litigated a wide range of matters from inception to trial. Nicholas also clerked for the Hon. Lisa Miralles Walsh, A.J.S.C. and the Hon. Robert J. Mega, P.J.Ch. (Ret.)
