Kergina is based in the firm’s Philadelphia office and is a part of the Product, Tort & Insurance Litigation Practice Group. Her practice includes mass tort and products liability matters. She is involved in all phases of litigation, including drafting and responding to discovery, preparing legal filings, and contributing to case development. Kergina works closely with litigation teams on case strategy and the management of complex, ongoing matters.
In addition to her work in complex liability cases, Kergina has experience supporting a broad range of civil litigation matters, including medical malpractice, personal injury, and family law. Her background spans both private practice and clinical settings, where she developed experience handling sensitive client matters and navigating multifaceted legal issues. She is skilled at translating complex legal concepts into clear, practical guidance, enabling clients to make informed decisions throughout the course of their cases.
