Jeff is an experienced employment attorney who advises and represents employers navigating complex employment laws and workplace issues. He regularly counsels employers on personnel policies and procedures, pay equity, reductions in force, employee privacy rights, wage and hour compliance, drug and alcohol testing, employment agreements, and noncompete issues. A significant portion of Jeff’s practice is devoted to employment litigation. He has extensive experience handling single-plaintiff and class action matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, disability accommodation, leave issues, and wage and hour claims. Jeff also represents employers in high-stakes and sensitive disputes involving executives and complex workplace dynamics. He has handled matters involving competing employee claims and evolving workplace policies, giving him a nuanced understanding of how to balance legal compliance with practical business considerations.
Jeff has significant experience advising employers on the unique and often complex requirements of California employment law. He works with both in-state and national employers to navigate California’s highly regulated legal landscape, helping them understand and comply with overlapping statutory and regulatory obligations. Jeff partners with clients to develop compliant workplace policies and practices tailored to California-specific requirements.
