Biography

David leads FBT Gibbons’ Life Sciences Industry Team.

David is a trial lawyer with over 35 years of experience litigating before federal courts nationwide and the International Trade Commission in all areas of intellectual property law. For decades, David has helped innovative companies develop, obtain, and protect intellectual property as a strategic business asset that drives competitive advantage and enterprise value. His practice focuses on the development, acquisition, commercialization, protection, and enforcement of intellectual property portfolios spanning a wide range of technologies.

David represents some of the world’s largest biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical device, and healthcare technology companies. He serves on the Litigation Committee of the New Jersey Intellectual Property Association and on the Saint Benedict’s Preparatory School Board of Directors.
