Chris is a member of the Firm’s Business Litigation Group. Chris regularly represents clients as lead and Delaware counsel in corporate and commercial litigation before Delaware’s state and federal courts, including the Court of Chancery and the Complex Commercial Litigation Division of the Superior Court. Chris’s practice focuses on the prosecution and defense of representation and warranty, indemnification, earn-out, fiduciary duty, restrictive covenant, breach of contract, fraud, and business tort claims. As Partner-In-Charge of the Firm’s Wilmington office, Chris combines his knowledge of Delaware practice and procedure with a practical, business-focused approach to helping clients resolve their disputes strategically and efficiently.
