Jack Flug: Jack Flug has more than 30 years of experience specializing in claims management across Financial and Professional Liability and serves as the Chief Client Officer for Marsh FINRPO and Head of U.S. FINPRO Claims. Jack is also the Chair of Marsh’s Global Claims Committee.

Michael Richter: Michael Richter is a litigation partner at FBT Gibbons resident in the firm’s New York City office where he handles complex commercial and securities litigation in state and federal courts and in arbitrations. Mr. Richter’s practice includes representing corporations and their directors and officers in lawsuits alleging breaches of fiduciary duty, fraud, and other causes of action.

Christopher Viceconte: Chris Viceconte is the Partner-In-Charge of the FBT Gibbons Wilmington, Delaware office, and is a member of the Firm’s Business Litigation Group.  He regularly serves as counsel in matters involving claims between and among Delaware businesses and their owners, directors, and officers in Delaware’s Court of Chancery.
