Biography

Casey focuses his practice on complex litigation, representing clients in transportation, asbestos, products liability, mass tort, and toxic tort matters. He serves as national trial counsel for the former Penn Central Railroad, defending the company against occupational exposure and repetitive stress claims brought under the Federal Employers’ Liability Act (FELA), and in that role serves as first-chair trial counsel in matters brought nationwide. He brings extensive experience serving as national and regional counsel in high-exposure litigation across state and federal courts.

Casey regularly defends clients in multifaceted litigation involving a wide range of alleged injuries and exposure‑related conditions. His experience includes leading litigation strategy and trial teams in complex matters involving occupational exposure, toxic torts, and product-related claims. In addition to his trial work, he has significant experience coordinating national litigation portfolios, negotiating resolutions of pending claims, and advising clients on risk management strategies in multi-jurisdictional disputes.
