September 9, 20261:00 pm2:30 pm ESTOnline Only

Bobby Majumder, partner and Co-Chair of the Energy Industry Team at FBT Gibbons, will serve as a featured panelist at the 2026 Water Forum, a virtual event hosted by Marshall & Stevens examining the challenges and opportunities arising from increasing pressures on water resources. The program will address the growing gap between water supply and demand and the resulting implications for businesses, communities, infrastructure projects, and capital markets.

Through a solutions-focused discussion, attendees will gain insight into key issues shaping the future of water management, including water scarcity in the American West, infrastructure and technology responses, competing demands among agriculture and data-driven industries, and the increasing role of water risk in investment, underwriting, and valuation decisions. The forum will also highlight emerging strategies such as groundwater recharge, water banking, desalination, storage solutions, and other innovative approaches designed to strengthen long-term resilience and sustainability.

Joining fellow leaders in the industry, Bobby Majumder will participate in discussions addressing the legal, business, and strategic considerations associated with water management and infrastructure development. Attendees will gain practical perspectives on the risks, opportunities, and solutions influencing the future of water policy, planning, and investment.
