Morgan, HilltopSecurities Inc., Loop Capital Markets, and Stifel as underwriter’s counsel in connection with the City of Austin’s $300.09 million Airport System Revenue and Refunding Bonds, Series 2026A (non-AMT), and $850.13 million Airport System Revenue and Refunding Bonds, Series 2026B (AMT).
The funds will support near-term projects within the Airport Expansion and Development Program, a multibillion-dollar initiative designed to modernize facilities, increase capacity, and enhance the passenger experience at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. Projects include new concourses, expanded passenger facilities, and upgraded infrastructure as the airport works to accommodate rapid growth in passenger volume.
