The panel looks at how businesses are moving beyond basic generative AI tools and beginning to use AI across day-to-day operations, from customer service and health care to legal work and business planning. The discussion also focuses on the importance of human oversight, particularly when judgment, accountability, privacy, and trust are involved.
The conversation then turns to the infrastructure behind AI.
