FBT Gibbons is a program sponsor of the Enterprise Technology Association (ETA) Washington, D.C. – U.S. AI Congress. The two-day event brings together leaders building, deploying, researching, funding, and legislating artificial intelligence.

FBT Gibbons Partner Mason Clutter is serving on a panel entitled, “Counsel Briefing: AI Security, Privacy, and Trust” on May 28. The counsel-led briefing will discuss the legal and operational realities of AI security, privacy, and trust and cut through the regulatory noise to focus on what matters most for general counsel, compliance leadership, and the executive teams who depend on them.

Additionally, FBT Gibbons is participating in the “Women in AI, Policy, and Business” session, where Mason Clutter will also serve as a panelist alongside leaders across federal policy, defense, enterprise AI, and academia.

The U.S. AI Congress, presented by the Enterprise Technology Association (ETA), is a cross-sector forum. Delegations from across the country and around the world will convene in Washington, D.C. for two days of substantive programming designed to drive outcomes, forge partnerships, and accelerate responsible AI development that strengthens American competitiveness and security.
