Biography

Susan represents clients in a broad spectrum of commercial and complex civil litigation matters across New York and New Jersey, with a particular focus on products liability. Her products liability practice encompasses high-stakes disputes involving defective consumer goods and products, automotive components, industrial machinery, and medical devices. Susan brings a strategic and detail-oriented approach to every case, ensuring that clients receive effective advocacy tailored to their unique needs.

Susan has also developed experience in alternative dispute resolution (ADR). She is well-versed in the nuanced issues that arise in ADR settings and leverages this knowledge to help clients achieve efficient and favorable outcomes.

Before joining the firm, Susan served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Robert J. Mega, P.J.Ch., and the Honorable Mark P. Ciarrocca, P.J.Cv., in the New Jersey Superior Court, Union Vicinage. During her clerkship, she gained invaluable insight into judicial decision-making and complex procedural matters, which she now applies to her litigation practice.
