Sarah Stewart

Biography

In the role of Student Recruiting Manager, Sarah leads the firm’s law student recruiting strategy, manages the summer associate program, and partners with firm leadership to attract and develop top legal talent. She oversees the student recruiting lifecycle, campus outreach initiatives, and candidate experience while supporting the firm’s long-term talent goals. She is passionate about fostering inclusive hiring practices, leveraging data-driven recruiting strategies, and mentoring team members to support organizational growth and excellence.

Prior to joining FBT Gibbons, Sarah served as HR Recruiting Manager and Senior Campus Recruiter at Cherry Bekaert (formerly MCM CPAs & Advisors), where she led campus recruiting programs, built strategic university partnerships, and managed internship and entry-level hiring initiatives. With more than 10 years of recruiting and HR experience and over 12 years of leadership experience, she specializes in talent strategy, relationship building, and creating impactful early-career recruiting programs.
