Biography

Sara’s practice focuses on advising and supporting U.S. and international employers with their immigration matters and needs in a wide variety of industries, including healthcare, food and beverage, manufacturing, and construction. She has experience in immigrant and nonimmigrant processes, including H-1B, TN, E-2, EB-1, blanket L, O-1, and J-1 waivers. Sara also assists with trafficking and crime victim visas in her capacity as a pro bono attorney.

Prior to joining the firm, Sara worked as a Physical Evaluation Board (PEB) attorney for the U.S. Army Legal Services Agency. During this time, she represented soldiers in formal administrative hearings before the PEB where she handled all aspects of the proceedings.
