Rebecca brings more than 15 years of in-house counsel experience to clients navigating complex real estate transactions. Having served as senior vice president and general counsel of a national homebuilder and as general counsel of a private senior housing developer and operator, she understands the business realities, timing pressures, and practical challenges real estate clients face from the inside.
Clients turn to Rebecca for practical, business-minded guidance across a wide range of real estate matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, development, construction, financing, master planned communities, land bank transactions, single-family build-for-rent communities, senior housing, residential and commercial development, self-storage facilities, and multifamily projects. She helps clients identify and manage risk, work through development, entitlement, and regulatory issues, and move transactions forward with strategies tailored to each client’s goals, culture, and market constraints.
In addition to her transactional real estate practice, Rebecca negotiates, drafts, and closes sophisticated business transactions and advises clients on complex lending arrangements, including syndications and construction and permanent financing. Her approach combines legal precision with practical insight, helping clients make informed decisions and close deals efficiently.
Outside of her practice, Rebecca enjoys riding her horse, playing tennis and golf, attending sporting and performing arts events, and spending time with her family.
