Biography

Rachel focuses her practice on complex business litigation. She represents national and regional companies in commercial disputes and advises clients through all phases of litigation, from early case assessment and discovery through motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation.

Rachel has experience handling a broad range of matters involving business torts, contract disputes, regulatory issues, financial fraud, consumer data breaches, employee theft, and other commercial litigation concerns. She works closely with clients to evaluate litigation risk, develop case strategy, and pursue practical, business-oriented solutions.

Prior to joining private practice, Rachel gained valuable insight into the judicial process while serving as a judicial extern with the Illinois First District Appellate Court, where she conducted legal research, analyzed complex appellate issues, and drafted memoranda supporting judicial decision-making. Earlier in her career, she served as an advance associate with the White House Office of Presidential Advance, coordinating high-profile events and supporting operations involving federal agencies and executive leadership.
