Patricia handles a diverse litigation docket involving contract disputes, business torts, eminent domain defense, and trade secrets protection. She also regularly advises and represents employers in matters involving executive mobility and the enforcement of restrictive covenants. From the onset of a dispute through final resolution, Patricia partners with clients to navigate risk and drive well-informed decisions.
