Biography

Nick concentrates his practice on government and commercial litigation. He represents both public sector entities—including schools, school districts, townships, and municipalities—and private sector clients in a wide range of contentious matters. He has developed particular expertise in defending school districts in public education and constitutional litigation. On the commercial side, Nick represents large businesses in litigation involving trade secrets, copyright infringement, breach of contract, and other high-stakes claims. Whether preparing witnesses for depositions, managing discovery, or developing case strategy, Nick provides strategic insight and objective risk assessments at every stage of litigation.

Nick also assists clients with day-to-day operational and compliance questions, helping public sector entities navigate the legal issues that arise between lawsuits. His understanding of both government operations and commercial disputes allows him to provide practical counsel grounded in the realities his clients face.

Nick graduated Valedictorian from the University of Dayton School of Law. While in law school, he worked as a law clerk for GE Aerospace’s commercial and supply chain groups, where he gained firsthand exposure to commercial transactions and supply chain operations. Outside the office, Nick is an avid runner, hiker, and Cincinnati sports fan. He spends most of his free time attending concerts and sporting events and doing anything that involves his family, friends, and the outdoors. He is a proud Cincinnati native.
