Biography

Nadia is a litigator whose practice includes defending products liability, mass torts, negligence, and general liability claims. She has experience handling high-stakes litigation in state courts across multiple jurisdictions, where she is involved in all stages of litigation, from early case assessment and discovery through dispositive motion practice and trial preparation.

In addition to her litigation practice, Nadia is committed to pro bono service. She has represented individuals in immigration matters- conducting legal research and drafting advocacy materials in connection with asylum claims, family-based petitions, and removal proceedings before federal immigration agencies and tribunals.
