Biography

Kevin brings nearly twenty years of state government service in New Jersey. He served as Chief Counsel for the New Jersey Assembly Republican Office, where he researched and analyzed legal and policy initiatives on insurance, healthcare, employment law, ethics compliance, and government transparency. He advised legislators on special legislative investigative committees by reviewing subpoenaed materials, conducting legal and evidentiary analysis, and preparing relevant casework and deposition questions for witnesses. He also served as a senior advisor to Republican members of the New Jersey Legislative Apportionment Commission charged with drawing the state’s 40 legislative districts.

Before joining the Assembly Republican Office, he served as a law clerk to the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office and interned with the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey.

Kevin is an active member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, regularly speaking on panels involving legislation and in-house counsel matters.
