Kaitlyn advises clients on complex mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions, and strategic business matters. She combines a strong analytical background with practical legal experience to help clients navigate sophisticated transactions and achieve their business objectives.
Prior to joining the firm as an associate, she gained experience in private practice, government, and corporate legal settings, including roles with Eli Lilly and FBT Gibbons.
Outside of her practice, Kaitlyn enjoys mentoring young professionals, community service, and spending time outdoors. Her analytical mindset, attention to detail, and collaborative approach help her deliver practical solutions to clients’ most complex business challenges.
