Josh is the firm’s General Counsel, overseeing risk management and loss prevention functions including new business intake, conflicts of interest, and client engagement terms. Josh advises the firm and its attorneys on ethical and professional responsibility issues across jurisdictions and practice areas. Additionally, he works on technology governance, including the firm’s adoption and use of generative AI, and on data security and privacy issues.
Josh is also an experienced litigator, focused on complex commercial matters, particularly large-scale construction disputes and consumer class action defense.
