Jonathan is a senior associate in the firm’s Corporate and Real Estate practices. He advises clients on a broad range of business and commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, financing, development projects, leasing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, corporate restructurings, and general corporate governance issues.
Jonathan brings a practical business perspective to his legal practice, informed by his experience in real estate development and investment.
Jonathan earned his J.D. from Belmont University College of Law and was admitted to the Tennessee Bar in 2023. He also holds a Certificate in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine Caruso School of Law and a B.S. in Sports Administration from Pepperdine University, where he was a four-year NCAA Division I men’s basketball student-athlete.
