Jenny Beth focuses her practice on commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, financing, and land use matters.
Jenny Beth represents landlords, tenants, developers, investors, lenders, and property owners in a wide range of commercial real estate matters. She has extensive experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial leases, purchase and sale agreements, assignments, amendments, estoppels, subordination, non-disturbance and attornment agreements (SNDAs), guaranties, and other transactional documents. Her practice also includes conducting title and survey review, addressing title and survey objections, coordinating due diligence efforts, and managing commercial real estate closings.
In addition, Jenny Beth advises clients on commercial real estate financing transactions, including the preparation of legal opinion letters and the review of loan documentation and security instruments. She also advises clients on land use and zoning matters, including entitlement and rezoning processes and interactions with local governmental authorities.
Prior to joining FBT Gibbons, Jenny Beth practiced with Duncan Galloway Greenwald PLLC, where she represented a diverse range of participants in the commercial real estate industry.
