Jenna regularly represents developers, owners, and corporate borrowers in complex mortgage financings involving layered capital structures, including investor equity, senior and subordinate debt, tax‑advantaged financing, and governmental incentives. Jenna has significant experience negotiating and drafting term sheets, loan agreements, intercreditor and subordination agreements, credit facilities, guaranties, and related closing documentation. Her practice includes advising clients on securities-related matters and investor disclosures in connection with bond and tax credit financings. Jenna manages all aspects of transactions from structuring through closing, coordinating with lenders, public agencies, equity investors, syndicators, and other stakeholders to satisfy funding requirements and ensure compliance.
Jenna is currently licensed to practice in Florida and pending licensure in New York.
