Jarrod focuses his practice on environmental law, helping clients navigate complex regulatory, compliance, enforcement, and litigation matters under federal and state environmental laws. A former attorney with the Kentucky Energy and Environment Cabinet, he offers clients a unique perspective on agency decision-making, regulatory interpretation, enforcement strategy, and environmental policy issues.
Before joining FBT Gibbons, Jarrod represented Kentucky environmental agencies in administrative proceedings, state and federal litigation, and appellate matters, with a particular focus on Clean Air Act issues. His experience includes matters involving State Implementation Plan strategy, ozone nonattainment issues, federal rulemakings, and related regulatory and litigation developments. Jarrod is active in Kentucky’s environmental law community and has held leadership positions within the Kentucky Bar Association’s Environment, Energy, and Natural Resources Law Section.
