Biography

Jade is a Senior Associate in FBT Gibbons’ Business Litigation Practice Group. His practice spans complex commercial and civil litigation, government enforcement and regulatory matters, internal investigations, and white collar defense, with additional experience in corporate disputes, real estate litigation, and appeals. Jade brings a valuable perspective to his litigation work, having spent the past year inside one of New Jersey’s major public authorities. As Chief of Staff, and later Counsel and strategic advisor, to the Chief Executive Officer of the New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority, he advised executive leadership on legal, governance, regulatory, and strategic matters, managed high-stakes initiatives across the organization, and saw firsthand what clients need from their counsel. That experience informs a practical, business-minded approach to every engagement.

Before his time at the NJSEA, Jade practiced at two national law firms, where he represented institutional clients in high-stakes insurance recovery disputes, complex commercial litigation, and white collar matters at both the state and federal level. Jade served as a law clerk to the Hon. Robert C. Wilson in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Civil Division, assisting on matters in Bergen County’s Complex Business Litigation Program. During law school, he held internships in the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of New Jersey, the Kings County District Attorney’s Office, and the New Jersey Governor’s Office of Legal Counsel, and for the Hon. Patty Shwartz of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
