Biography

Brad advises lenders, borrowers, and closely held businesses on commercial finance and real estate transactions. His experience includes drafting and negotiating loan documents and ancillary agreements for secured and unsecured credit facilities, as well as supporting real estate acquisitions and dispositions through purchase agreement review, due diligence, and title and closing coordination.

He represents, assists, and advises developers in complex real estate transactions involving development, purchase, sale and lease of commercial and residential real estate. Brad also assists developers in land use and zoning matters, including annexations, zoning changes, and planned unit developments. Prior to joining FBT Gibbons, he served as General Counsel for one of the most prominent homebuilder and developer in Southern Indiana and was responsible for all legal and compliance issues for multiple developments.

In addition, Brad practices extensively in municipal law, representing developers and local units of governments in economic and redevelopment projects and land use and zoning matters.
