Elizabeth focuses her practice on real estate finance transactions. She represents lenders in connection with a variety of commercial real estate financings, assisting with the review, drafting, and negotiation of transaction documents and supporting clients through the closing process.
During law school, Elizabeth gained broad exposure to federal courts and regulatory agencies through internships with the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky, the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, and the United States Securities and Exchange Commission. She also served as a teaching assistant for the first-year legal research and writing program and was a staff editor on the George Washington University International Law Review.
Elizabeth brings a detail-oriented and practical approach to her work, supporting lender clients in navigating complex real estate finance matters efficiently and effectively.
