Drew Pinta is an associate in the firm’s Columbus office who advises businesses, business owners, lenders, and investors on a wide range of commercial real estate and other transactional matters. His practice includes real estate acquisitions and dispositions, commercial financing transactions, and business governance matters.
Drew earned his Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 2019 after receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Spanish from Miami University in 2016. He is admitted to practice law in Ohio and is an active member of both the Columbus Bar Association and the Ohio State Bar Association.
