Cynthia brings comprehensive experience across the full spectrum of U.S. immigration law, with over a decade of experience representing clients before key government agencies including U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the Department of Labor, and the Executive Office for Immigration Review, as well as appellate matters before the Board of Immigration Appeals and the U.S. Courts of Appeals.
She advises clients on strategic immigration solutions across several industries, including healthcare, manufacturing, life sciences, energy, finance, and others. Cynthia has extensive experience in complex immigration matters including visa revocations and denials, the intersection of criminal and immigration law, and overcoming allegations of inadmissibility. Fluent in Spanish, Cynthia is well positioned to support diverse and global workforces.
Cynthia is admitted to practice in Ohio and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. She also serves as the USCIS Columbus Liaison for the Ohio Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
Cynthia is a frequent speaker and educator on immigration law and has most recently presented at the AILA Annual Conference.
