Biography

Bianca is an associate in the Business Combinations and Capital Transactions practice group. She joined the firm in 2026 after participating in the firm’s Summer Associate Program. She earned her law degree from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law, where she served as a Notes Editor on the University of Louisville Law Review and as a member of the Entrepreneurship Clinic. Prior to law school, she earned a B.A. in psychology from The University of Alabama.
