Aubbah focuses her practice on bankruptcy, restructuring, and commercial matters, helping clients address complex financial and operational challenges. Drawing on her experience as a judicial law clerk for the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts, she offers a practical perspective on insolvency proceedings and assists clients in navigating high-stakes matters efficiently and strategically.
Prior to joining FBT Gibbons, Aubbah gained experience across a range of legal and regulatory disciplines, including corporate law, financial services, and securities matters. Her background in both law and finance allows her to understand the business realities underlying client concerns and provide solutions that align legal strategy with commercial objectives. She earned her J.D., cum laude, from Pace University and her B.A. in Finance, magna cum laude, from The City College of New York.
