Biography

Andrea is a litigator who represents businesses and insurers in a broad range of complex civil disputes. Her practice includes insurance defense, product and premises liability matters, and insurance coverage disputes. Andrea counsels clients from the earliest stages of a claim through trial, helping them assess potential exposure, navigate coverage issues, and develop practical strategies that account for both legal and business considerations.

Andrea takes a practical, business-minded approach to litigation, working closely with clients to understand the circumstances underlying each claim and identify an effective path forward. Her experience includes investigating product liability matters, coordinating with experts, navigating discovery, and pursuing resolution through mediation when appropriate.

Before joining her current practice, Andrea represented various employers and insurers in workers’ compensation, employment, and premises liability matters. She conducted investigations into workplace incidents and represented clients in workers’ compensation proceedings at both the administrative and trial level. Andrea also counseled clients on workplace issues involving OSHA compliance, state and federal discrimination laws, and the development and implementation of HR compliance programs and policies. She additionally served as insurance counsel to national businesses in premises liability matters, guiding clients through investigations, pre-suit claim handling, and litigation.
