Biography

Adam focuses his practice on representing borrowers, developers, owners, investors, and lenders in financing, servicing, purchasing, selling and developing commercial real estate and representing lessors and lessees in retail, industrial and office leasing. His practice involves reviewing, drafting and negotiating critical transaction documents, performing diligence and coordinating with third parties to ensure smooth, successful transactions.

Adam graduated magna cum laude from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, where he served as the Senior Executive Editor for the Indiana Law Review and won Papke Prize for Best Student Note for his publication in the 56th Volume of the Indiana Law Review titled “NCAA ‘NIL,’ Student-Athletes ‘Won’: The Recommended Approach for Indiana’s Name, Image, and Likeness Legislation Following NCAA v. Alston.” Before law school, Adam graduated from Indiana University where he was a member of the track and field team.
