Biography

Alyssa holds a breadth of civil litigation experience, along with business and nonprofit general counsel advising. In litigation matters, Alyssa focuses her practice on business and complex civil disputes, franchise-related disputes, municipal defense, professional liability, and general tort liability. Alyssa also assists business and nonprofit clients with general business advising, contract review, development of policies, bylaws, and internal governance procedures, risk planning, along with pre-litigation dispute resolution.

In her free time, Alyssa is dedicated to giving back to her community. Alyssa has served on the Board of Directors for multiple nonprofit organizations. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Leadership Southern Indiana, an organization centered upon uniting and engaging professionals across sectors to become dedicated leaders in the community. Alyssa also serves on the Board of Directors for Down Syndrome of Louisville, which serves and supports families and individuals who have Down Syndrome from birth through adulthood.
