FBT Gibbons partner Tessa Castner has been named to the Cincinnati Business Courier’s prestigious 2026 40 Under 40 list, which recognizes outstanding young professionals for their career achievements, leadership, and community impact.
A member of FBT Gibbons’ Labor & Employment practice group, Castner advises employers on a wide range of workplace matters, including discrimination and harassment issues, wage and hour compliance, and noncompete and trade secret disputes. She also regularly represents clients in administrative proceedings, litigation, and high-stakes employment matters. Her clients range from nonprofits and family-owned businesses to Fortune 500 and international companies.
Beyond her legal practice, Castner is an active community leader through ArtsWave, where she serves on the Young Professionals Committee and has long led the firm’s fundraising efforts in support of the organization’s mission to strengthen the Cincinnati region through the arts.
