FBT Gibbons Partner Kim Catullo has been named to Benchmark Litigation’s 2026 Top 250 Women in Litigation, recognizing leading female litigators across the United States.
The annual recognition highlights women who have distinguished themselves through significant litigation work and the respect they have earned from clients and peers. Benchmark Litigation’s research considers recent casework, peer and client feedback, and interviews conducted as part of its review process.
Catullo focuses her practice on complex product liability, toxic tort, mass tort, and commercial litigation. In addition to her client work, she holds several leadership roles across FBT Gibbons. She co-leads the firm’s Product, Tort & Insurance Litigation practice and serves as partner-in-charge of the New York office. She is also a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and Board of Directors.
Catullo has also participated in FBT Gibbons’ Women’s Initiative, which creates opportunities for female attorneys to connect with clients, colleagues, and leaders from business and academia through educational and social programming. The initiative supports mentoring, networking, professional development, business development, and the advancement of women in business.
