Pro Bono Partnership of Ohio (PBPO) has recognized FBT Gibbons as its 2025 Law Firm of the Year and inducted Partner Matt Delaney into its Hall of Fame. The honors were presented at the organization’s Volunteer & Donor Appreciation Celebration on April 21 in Cincinnati.
Over more than a decade of partnership, FBT Gibbons attorneys have completed more than 700 legal projects for nonprofit clients, more than any other participating organization, including dozens in the past year alone. That work spans employment matters, governance, contracts, real estate, and intellectual property. The Law Firm of the Year award reflects the firm’s longstanding commitment to pro bono service and its support of nonprofits throughout Ohio. FBT Gibbons’ involvement extends to the board level, as Partner Maureen Bickley serves on the PBPO Board alongside other community leaders in the region.
Delaney’s Hall of Fame induction recognizes his exceptional dedication to pro bono work and his years of leadership in service to nonprofit clients. An attorney in the firm’s intellectual property group, he advises clients on patent and trademark law, copyright, brand protection, and IP strategy.
Pro Bono Partnership of Ohio connects volunteer attorneys with community nonprofits, delivering free business legal services so those organizations can stay focused on their missions.
