Led by FBT Gibbons attorneys and industry professionals, each session will offer actionable insights to help you stay informed, prepared, and competitive in an increasingly complex business environment.

View programming details and register for each session below.

All sessions are pending approval for CLE credit in CA, CO, IN, KY, FL, OH, NJ, NY, PA, TN, TX, WV, and Washington, D.C. Those seeking CLE credit in other states will need to self-apply.

Daily Sessions

Monday | Extended Producer Responsibility: Who Owns the Obligation?

Monday, October 26, 2026

Extended Producer Responsibility laws are creating new compliance obligations for manufacturers and other participants across the supply chain. As state EPR programs continue to expand, companies need to understand how responsibility is assigned for covered products, packaging, and batteries, as well as how those obligations vary across jurisdictions. This session will examine key developments in the EPR landscape and provide practical guidance on identifying covered products, determining producer responsibility, and preparing for emerging reporting, compliance, and risk management requirements.
