FBT Gibbons served as legal counsel in connection with the $66.85 million construction financing for Plaza Greene, a new mixed-use development underway in Fair Lawn, New Jersey. Developed by Sterling Properties and Danbro Properties, the project will include 145 age-restricted apartments and more than 24,000 square feet of retail space anchored by Sprouts Farmers Market.
Located at 22-01 Fair Lawn Avenue adjacent to NJ Transit’s Radburn station, Plaza Greene is planned as a transit-oriented community for residents 55 and older, with both market-rate and affordable apartments. PCCP and U.S. Bank provided the construction financing, which JLL arranged on behalf of the borrowers.
The project will combine residential and retail uses with direct access to public transit in Bergen County. In addition to Sprouts Farmers Market, the development will include resident amenities such as a clubroom, fitness and yoga studios, private dining space, and a landscaped entertainment courtyard.
