Collective Bargaining & Arbitrations
For employers with organized employees, we serve as legal counsel and as spokespersons, when requested, in hundreds of collective bargaining negotiations annually. Members of our team have negotiated national contracts covering more than 100,000 employees, including numerous public sector labor contracts in the aviation, manufacturing and education fields. We also represent and advise clients on a daily basis regarding grievances under collective bargaining agreements and claims arbitrated under non-union employment agreements.
Notably, our team includes litigators with extensive experience representing clients before the NLRB and the NMB, along with a significant number of cases in state and federal courts. We handle claims under Sections 301 and 303 of the Labor Management Relations Act, appeals from arbitration awards, injunction actions related to strikes and picketing, and appeals from NLRB decisions.
