Nick is an advocate and advisor for schools, townships, municipalities, and other public sector entities. He advises public sector clients on issues ranging from regulatory/statutory compliance, contractual disputes, union disputes and grievances, public records compliance, and the First Amendment. Nick’s unique practice allows him to provide strategic insight and objective risk assessments on litigation matters, while assisting public sector clients with lawsuits involving contractors, the Constitution, and other public sector entities. Nick has successfully defended and advised both public and private sector clients through numerous disputes and lawsuits.
Nick assists clients with everything from day-to-day operational questions to complex multi-million-dollar disputes. What he values most about practicing law is witnessing the positive effects of legal work on local communities. Few things are as rewarding as seeing a client’s success highlighted in the local news, particularly when the firm has contributed to making that achievement possible.
Nick graduated Valedictorian from the University of Dayton School of Law. While in law school, Nick worked as a law clerk for GE Aerospace’s commercial and supply chain groups. Outside of practicing law, Nick spends most of his free time running, hiking, playing sports, attending concerts and sporting events, and doing pretty much anything that involves his family, friends, and the outdoors. He is an avid Cincinnati sports fan and proud Cincinnati native.
