Mr. Viceconte defends complex commercial, business tort, and product liability claims. Resident in the firm’s Wilmington, Delaware office, he also regularly serves as Delaware counsel for the firm’s clients, as well as for out-of-state law firms, in a wide range of matters before Delaware’s state and federal courts.
