Biography

Amanda brings to the firm valuable insight from her experience as a judicial term clerk for the Honorable Stacey L. Meisel in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey. Throughout her clerkship, Amanda assisted in the drafting of legal opinions and orders, researched state and federal law in Chapter 7, 11, and 13 matters, and prepared memoranda on complex or unsettled legal issues before the court. Amanda has a strong focus on understanding and interpreting the Bankruptcy Code, the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure, and the Local Bankruptcy Rules.

Her background also includes serving as a legal assistant in the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office, Civil Forfeitures Unit.
