Lindner III Center of Insurance and Risk Management at the University of Cincinnati, invite you to our Insurance Symposium on Thursday, September 25th. This informative event will bring together industry leaders, insurance economists and legal professionals to discuss many of today’s pressing insurance challenges.

Sessions will cover key coverage decisions for 2024-2025, emerging bad faith litigation trends, and strategies to minimize exposure. Attendees will gain insights into nuclear verdicts, the use of artificial intelligence, and the broader impact of litigation on the insurance industry. A panel of industry executives, a keynote presentation on the psychology of risk, and discussions on changing the narrative for judges and juries will provide valuable takeaways. The day concludes with a networking cocktail reception to connect with peers and industry thought leaders.
