Biography

Zach represents clients in both simple and complex commercial disputes through all phases of litigation—from investigation and claim analysis through final disposition. His experience spans matters involving criminal investigations and prosecutions, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, tortious interference, fraud, and theft of trade secrets. Zach brings extensive courtroom experience, having participated in more than 40 trials and numerous other contested hearings. He also has experience assisting clients in navigating construction disputes and probate litigation.

Prior to joining FBT Gibbons, Zach spent nearly four years with the Clermont County Prosecutor’s Office, where he gained substantial first-hand investigative and trial experience. Zach earned his law degree from the University of Dayton School of Law, where he served on Law Review as both a Staff Writer and a member of the editorial board as Publications Research Editor, while also maintaining a limited practice license and litigating cases with the Prosecutor’s Office.
