Biography

Zachary was recently a judicial clerk to the Honorable Catherine I. Enright, J.A.D., State of New Jersey, Appellate Division, writing opinions and memos related to a broad range of criminal and civil appeals. Before this clerkship, he was a legal extern to the Honorable Brian R. Martinotti, U.S.D.J., United States District Court, District of New Jersey, writing opinions, orders, and memos. Zachary’s past experience also includes a clerkship at a full-service law firm, where he prepared memoranda on employment and labor law as well as insurance law and administrative law, drafted and edited motion papers for public entity and corporate clients, and conducted research on state and federal law.

Zachary centers his practice on employment and labor law.
